By accessing or using Snap Scan Share ("the Service") at snapscanshare.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Snap Scan Share is a photo sharing platform that allows event hosts to create shared photo albums for their guests. Hosts connect their Google Drive account to receive uploads, and guests can upload photos and videos via a shareable link or QR code — without needing to create an account.
To create an album you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly breach them.
You and your guests retain full ownership of all photos and videos uploaded through Snap Scan Share. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display the content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
All uploaded media is stored directly in your Google Drive. We do not claim ownership of or rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
Snap Scan Share offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are charged on a one-time per-event basis as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at hello@snapscanshare.com within 14 days of purchase.
Snap Scan Share integrates with Google Drive to store your event photos. By connecting your Google account you authorise us to create folders and upload files on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings.
We are not responsible for any loss of data due to changes in Google Drive access, storage limits, or Google account issues.
We aim to keep Snap Scan Share available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the Service offline for maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snap Scan Share shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, or loss of revenue.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your album and all associated data directly from your Google Drive. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
